YOUR NEXT MISSION

You come from a great unit. Welcome to your next one.

The same motivators that inspired you to serve — and the skills you earned during your service — are highly valued here. You’ve spent time making the world a better and safer place. You can continue that mission here.

A space for those who have served to come together.

Our employee-owners who are veterans and reservists find connections through our Vets Empowered to Serve (VETS) employee resource group, which gives back to local veteran communities, leads us in celebrating military-oriented holidays and promoting an inclusive environment. Learn more about our employee resource groups and other initiatives to advance diversity, equity and inclusion.

“The ‘team-first’ culture resonates for me — and I’ve always felt my project managers were invested in continuing the job the Navy started: making me a great leader. My work here feels like a natural continuation of my journey.”

We’re proud to hire our heroes.

The Hiring Our Heroes program aligns transitioning service members, military spouses and veterans with businesses across the U.S. As an active participant in the program, we’re finding opportunities for candidates to step right in and become productive members of our team.

We celebrate the spirit of veterans with speakers, events and social connections.

Our employee-owners have learned powerful lessons from Vietnam veteran Al Gorthy and heard the compelling story behind the documentary “Finding Loren” from employee-owner Hans Wronka, who worked relentlessly to identify the final resting place of his grandfather, First Lieutenant Loren E. Hintz, who served in the Army Air Force during World War II. Our VETS employee resource group organizes several activities a year, from employee-owner panels and happy hours to flag decommissioning ceremonies and challenge coin design contests.

Serving and supporting veterans in our communities is not just our duty. It’s personal.

We’ve partnered with the Veterans Community Project (VCP) to work toward ending veteran homelessness. VCP has already achieved enormous success with innovative tiny home villages and community outreach centers. We’re honored to be its first corporate partner and expand these communities throughout the country.
