$71.5 million upgrade and expansion of the Grand Avenue and State Street subway station for the Chicago Department of Transportation.

Providing professional services including permitting; detailed design; procurement; construction management; and startup management for a new coal-fired steam electric power unit (Unit 2) with a nominal net electric power output of 850 MW. Also includes addition of a pulse jet fabric filter and wet flue gas desulfurization system on the existing Unit 1.

Design services for the 270,000-square-foot, administrative and specialized spaces of the LCDR Otis Vincent Tolbert Joint Intelligence Operations Center at MacDill Air Force Base in Florida; the entire facility is constructed as a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF).
