Guiding Pillars
I feel empowered to find a need and make an impact. The world’s challenges don’t belong to everybody else. With passion and purpose, we can always help. I’m proud to be reflective of that collective mindset.

Community Partners
See how structural engineer Shawn Dalglish dove into working with Engineers Without Borders, applying her knowledge to help impoverished communities around the world.
Veterans Community Project works to eliminate homelessness for military veterans. Our national partnership includes funds and volunteers to build innovative communities of tiny homes across the United States, along with related resources to help these heroes thrive.
We’re all about STEM education — and so is Project Lead The Way, which reinvents the classroom experience for K-12 students. We fund grants for new and expanded programs in several states, providing a running start to the next generation of STEM superstars.
United Way has a broad reach, gets high marks for efficiency and is committed to community investment. Sound familiar? We thought so, too. It’s no wonder our annual giving campaign exceeds $4 million in employee-owner donations.
Employee-Owner Support
Our drive to make our clients successful? We rely on the same skills and relentlessness to fuel our community impact efforts. We build health centers and houses for our neighbors, improve water quality, and cook breakfast for those in need. A better world begins with the belief in a better future and the knowledge that it starts with each one of us.
Every year, we select one special cause to unite our efforts — with each of our offices identifying a local organization that addresses the need.
What matters to you? When our employee-owners answer that question through charitable donations, we match it up to $300 annually per person.
Individual giving often starts small and grows over time. Our employee-owners now pledge more than $4 million annually.
Occasionally, we ditch business casual and wear jeans, jerseys or something equally fun. Then we turn the fun into fundraising by collecting donations through payroll deduction.
We raise funds by running, walking, biking and more in events to support our neighbors.
