MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, Minnesota — Burns & McDonnell has entered into an alliance with engineering firm EVS Inc., a certified minority business enterprise (MBE), to begin jointly providing electrical transmission and distribution engineering services.

EVS will work primarily with the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Group in the Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Burns & McDonnell on projects for electric utility clients.
