KANSAS CITY, Missouri — Burns & McDonnell is proud to announce that Noé Saenz, construction PMO services leader, has been appointed as the 2025 chair for the Construction Industry Institute (CII) Executive Committee.
Saenz has more than 25 years of experience in capital project engineering, project and program management and business development. He has contributed significantly to the power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, gas and chemical, and industrial manufacturing sectors across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. In his current role at Burns & McDonnell, he aids utilities, industrial and infrastructure owners in assessing, planning, implementing and executing complex capital construction programs and projects.

His dedication earned him CII’s Distinguished Service Award and Community Leadership Award in 2016.
“As I reflect on my involvement with CII over the years, I am grateful to have witnessed firsthand the remarkable impact of our organization,” Saenz says. “Together, we’ve advanced groundbreaking research, strengthened industry partnerships, and fostered knowledge-sharing that future-proofs both our member companies and our industry. I’m excited to collaborate with other leaders in the construction industry and promote innovative practices.”
Saenz is enthusiastic about supporting the next generation’s leadership development initiative, taking the perspectives of fellow team leaders to accelerate CII’s development of strong technological and project delivery. He is committed to seeing CII remain at the forefront of cutting-edge research and AI-related solutions that drive real value for member companies while maintaining focus on practical, implementable solutions that make a difference in day-to-day operations.
