PROJECT
The 323,400-square-foot addition makes the campus a centralized hub, improving operational efficiencies, bringing together critical services for women and children, and featuring state-of-the-art amenities and technology. The multispecialty facility features: 60 private neonatal intensive care unit (ICU) rooms; 16 delivery rooms; six antepartum rooms; five obstetric triage beds; two Caesarian section operating rooms, with one supporting fetal surgery capabilities; 14 pediatric ICU beds; 16 pediatric unit beds; a Ronald McDonald family area with a kitchen, laundry room, shower and sleeping rooms; a therapy gym; and 30 neuroscience ICU beds.
Our team led stakeholders in vision setting and planning to establish the programmatic elements necessary to capitalize priorities to maximize current and future opportunities. Over the next 18 months, we continued to work closely with the owner and the contractor to complete a successful project.
