Our team provided master planning, full design and construction phase services for the F-22 beddown, in support of the 19th and 195th Squadron's TFI mission at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
With design and construction phased over a four-year period, we developed a new operational and training campus focused on reducing energy use, using renewable energy solutions and supporting the HIANG’s net zero energy goal.
We also developed an energy conservation investment program (ECIP) for the integration of photovoltaic (PV) arrays at new and existing facilities on the F-22 campus. Combined with other energy conserving features, energy consumption is projected to be reduced by 72 percent.
The two new facilities are LEED Silver certified and the Daniel K. Inouye Fighter Squadron Operations Aircraft Maintenance Facility became the Air National Guard’s first LEED Platinum project.
