We manage your project from master planning through post-construction phases. We understand the duties and responsibilities required to successfully implement all design, procurement, construction, administration, technical inspections and management portions of the project. We also bring a team that maximizes your operations with Lean manufacturing practices, integration of robotics and automation tools, and efficient system commissioning.
We’ve performed design-build services for projects ranging from a few hundred square feet to projects of over a million square feet, successfully completing over $1 billion of constructed work in the past four years. Our portfolio of work also includes more than 90 projects that are certified and another 60 projects registered for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Those projects encompass more than 13 million square feet.
