Joe Podrebarac
Chief Safety OfficerJoe Podrebarac’s number one priority is to deliver safe, successful and innovative projects to clients.
With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Joe specializes in leading the planning and implementation of varied construction strategies. His role involves extensive coordination with engineering teams throughout the development and delivery phases of engineering, procurement and construction projects. Previously, he served as a construction project manager, successfully managing and delivering projects supporting key customers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in construction science and management from Kansas State University, a foundation that has significantly contributed to his professional journey in construction management.

What inspired you to pursue your career?
My brother introduced me to the world of industrial construction projects, which sparked my fascination in this field. I was inspired to follow in his footsteps. I also find immense joy in building complex projects.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I am a first-generation American. My parents and brother emigrated from Croatia.
What excites you most when you look at the future of infrastructure?
Our company is continuously growing and evolving in this fast-paced world. Similarly, our clients are also constantly evolving and it’s exciting to be able to help them navigate decisions and succeed in their goals.
