What excites you most when you look at the future of the company?
It’s impossible not to be excited when you see the unbelievable amount of talent that makes up our organization. The world desperately needs what we do — and that need grows with each passing day. I am so excited that we are positioned to answer that need.
How do you and your team make the world a better place?
When I had the opportunity to take on my existing role, I felt it was important to try to replicate the Burns & Mac sense of community wherever in the world that we operate. Making the world around us better is in our DNA. Whether we are in Mumbai, Calgary or the U.K., it’s important to dedicate our time, efforts and resources to invest in our local communities.
What inspired you to pursue your career?
My father was the ultimate servant leader. His mantra was to get better every day and make sure his clients and team were taken care of — and everything else would take care of itself.
