Board MemberWith more than four decades of consulting experience supporting major international corporations, Steve Gross has turned his passion for employee growth, professional development and mentorship into a career that spans the globe.
Steve has been a trusted adviser to our company for more than 35 years, beginning when we became an employee-owned company in 1986. Since then, he has worked to help us bring the employee ownership model to life, providing an objective outside perspective. As a consultant, he focuses his time on helping organizations develop their unique employee value proposition to drive results. In 2021, he was named a board member of the firm, helping us continue to evolve the vision of our company’s future.
