We ask tough questions, challenge each other with new ideas and keep moving forward.

Our foundation for a more inclusive workplace includes training on transparency, inclusive communication, allyship and belonging; recognizing those who foster inclusion; and empowering resources. We regularly introduce programs around topics like culturally responsive coaching, gender equity and inclusion neuroscience.

Business Diversity Newsletter

We are looking for authenticity.

We connect with minority and women’s organizations, college diversity committees, employment agencies and more to cultivate an increasingly diverse pool of employee-owners. We also empower pre-college students to follow STEM paths. We’re not looking for “culture fit,” or more of the same. The “culture add” mindset helps us evolve.

Supplier diversity helps us stay nimble, so we can welcome innovative solutions to strengthen our work.
